Dr. Adu and his staff helped me with the neck and shoulder therapy I needed. I was very pleased with the help I received. Him and his staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable in everything that they do. I would recommend him to anyone that needs any type of rehab.

Over the last several weeks I have been impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and expertise demonstrated by OneSource Fitness. The doctors and staff have been excellent. They seem to know the "what" and "why" behind my ailments (foot, ankle, knee & back). They have provided me with insights, techniques and solutions to enhance my ongoing medical ailments. I highly recommend them to anyone needing to improve their physical health and wellbeing.

Dr. Adu finds the cause of my problems. He never prescribes medication to manage the pain. All of my immediate family here in GA has received assistance from Dr. Adu. He’s our first choice for treatment of headaches to back pain. We have sent him referrals. Dr. Adu is awesome. We love him.

Dr A Colin is very experienced and knowledgeable. Always in good spirits and follows a great plan of care. He also will refer you to other specialists when he identifies that additional care is indicated.

Dr. Adu took the time to get to know me and my individual needs, and developed a personalized treatment plan that was tailored specifically to me. He is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, and was able to help me make significant progress in a very short period of time.

Wonderful experience

Dr Adu and his staff are an amazing group of people with both the heart and knowledge to push when needed and teach with care and understanding. I came into the center in a wheelchair due to GBS. I had been paralyzed and was to a point I could travel to PT. They welcomed me and taught me so much. All have the perfect personalities to perform their jobs extraordinarily. A calm, yet goal pushing demeanor. I am now walking and doing so many things. I actually drove for the first time since Nov 2021 all due to their help and knowledge. A great practice I recommend to everyone and I myself as an example of the care I have been given.
